This version is built from the latest Rosetta code base which includes many code refactoring updates and new/updated protocols. It has been quite a while since our last update. We've also included a linux graphics application. Please post bugs/issues here.

We should start up testing again with the recent 3.58 update. This version adds support for cyclic peptide modeling. We put testing on hold until we got this feature added.

So why did we get 3.54 work units over the past few days? Should we not be testing the 3.58 work?

Admins, take a look at: https://ralph.bakerlab.org/forum_thread.php?id=564#5843

It'd be great if you could do a quick recompile and distribute it on RALPH to test it out!
