Ralph is updated to 5.72. This version fixes a small bug that was slowing down the 'relax' portion of work units, and incorporates several new features to the RNA mode that should greatly reduce file transfer and allow us to optimize the energy function a lot more efficiently. We will also be testing a new high-resolution energy function for RNA. To report bugs, please post in this thread.
