High memory usage by v4.07 task rb_03_24_16_25__t000__0_C2_SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_20741
(Message 6510)
Posted 26 Mar 2018 by ![]() Post: I got two of these tasks from Ralph. Both are consuming about 900M of memory as they run on Windows 7. Two v4.07 tasks from R@h have a max working set of 400M with current working set closer to 200M. |

Posted 4 May 2009 by ![]() Post: Have Rosetta@home and Ralph@home switched roles in which of them tests new versions of applications first? I've already received several minirosetta 1.65 workunits from Rosetta@home, without seeing any sign that there have been any Ralph@home tests of that version at all. They had to correct the upload problems If you go to the homepage of both Ralph and Rosetta and click the "applications" link, you can see it was posted to Ralph first. |

Seems to point to some problem on your machine. Overclocking? Dust bunnies clogging cooling system? Memory failing? |

Where did you get this Forum Code?
(Message 4718)
Posted 2 Mar 2009 by ![]() Post: I believe it is all part of the open source that comes with BOINC. Here's a couple of links to get you started: BOINC source Forum doc In your case, you are going to have to pull the forum code out of the rest of the BOINC server it was designed to live with. Assuming that is all you want. But it's all in there somewhere. |
