(Message 3004) Posted 13 Apr 2007 by UBT - Timbo Post: About the only thing I can think of is doing a manual "Update" on the Projects Tab, or if they are stuck on the Transfer Tab then do "Retry Now". Thanks for the reply. Yup - did all of that (1st thing one does)...but still the client couldn't connect to RALPH upload servers. Have left it for a few days and two of the three have now uploaded on their own, with no intervention....but in both cases, well after the deadline...so with a quorum of 1, these weren't given any credits :-( 1st WU: http://ralph.bakerlab.org/workunit.php?wuid=420593 2nd WU: http://ralph.bakerlab.org/workunit.php?wuid=420082 3rd WU: http://ralph.bakerlab.org/workunit.php?wuid=421856 (I'll abort the 3rd one now, as I won't get credit for it and another cruncher has uploaded a result anyways). One wonders why issues like this still abound.....sure enough RALPH is an Alpha project...but if WUs are provided, one hopes that the upload servers are going to be available most of the time to accept completed work. Rather frustrating when the servers cannot be "seen" by the host client...! regards Tim
