Posted 28 Aug 2009 by Path7 Post: I'm getting Ralph workunits for 1.95 while Rosetta is at 1.97. How come? Good question. Looks like a (quick-)fix to me at Rosetta@home. Perhaps the techs would like to answer the question why Ralph is still at minirosetta 1.95? And an error: proteinG_PCS_BOINC_abrelax.1xcycles.v1_NOGZ_SAVE_ALL_OUT_12136_6_1 ERROR: ERROR: Unable to open silent_input file: 'default.out' ERROR:: Exit from: ....srccoreiosilentSilentFileData.cc line: 96 BOINC:: Error reading and gzipping output datafile: default.out called boinc_finish Had the second run of this WU, the first run it had the same error. Posted 29 Mar 2009 by Path7 Post: @ Manuel Lupotto: Yes I also had 2 WU starting with: frb_1_8_ which took over 2 hours to complete a single decoy. frb_1_8_el_chosen_hb_t286__SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_1ESCA_11_8901_1_0 frb_1_8_bestfrag_hb_t297__SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_1VJGA_10_8858_1_0 Not a real problem I think, since Rosetta@home has a 3 hour default runtime. My last WU ended with an Unhandled Exception Detected: lb_save_all_out_hb_t369__SAVE_ALL_OUT_1HHSA_3_8759_1_1 I was the second one to crunch this WU, the first time it ended with the same error. Short message rapport: Hung application: minirosetta_graphics_1.40_windows_intelx86.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, hung module: hungapp, version: 0.0.0.0, hung at: 0x00000000. Retrying “Show graphicsâ€opened the graphics window, empty. At 16 minutes processor time the processor time stood still, CPU usage = 0 %. Stopped and started BOINC, the WU proceeded where it has stopped. Again tried to hit the “Show graphics buttonâ€, and the above repeated. Now the WU has started for the third time, and keeps on running. I don't dare to touch the “Show graphics†button again! Windows XP SP3, single core AMD Sempron 3000+ 1.8 GHz, 1.5 Gb RAM, BOINC 5.10.45. Path7. |
