The rest of the page seemed to suggest that the report was submitted successfully, but it’s difficult to tell. It might just be due to older code running in a newer PHP version on the server. I don’t know PHP, but this Stack Overflow Q&A may be relevant.

If so, I suspect you need to remove <dont_use_dcf/> from the project settings for that to be calculated and applied.
