Description | Qualtec is a PHECC recognised centre that offers health and safety instructor as well as end user programs to the interested candidates helping them to become successful in their careers. The training centre offers quality programs that would be very much helpful for the participants to maintain safety standards at their work or home. Anyone can join the FAR course which teaches a person on how to respond and deal during potentially life threatening conditions and help the patients survive till the medical emergency services arrive. The FAR course is a wonderful opportunity for every individual to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide the much necessary pre-hospital first aid response in medical emergency conditions. This FAR is a three days course delivered in 18 total hours. The course content includes assessment of patient, handling common medical emergencies, follow incident procedure, skills on injury management, CPR, handling burns and electric injuries, handling hyperthermia and hypothermia patients, taking care of unconscious patients and also communications and information management that is important to handover the patient to the medical emergency services. By doing this course one shall be able to provide first aid response that is very much important to maintain the condition of the patient intact and offer some relief before medical help arrives.
