With the last contact with ralph@home all my hosts logged: New host venue: <some numerical value>. The "my hosts" info looks ok.

ditto, and my team has been removed from the "projects" tab, and replaced with a big ole empty spot. LOL

Didn't see the message but my client_state.xml does now show a null team name in the RAlph project.
My profile page does show the team, and my computers page shows the correct venue.

Message 1976 - Posted: 11 Aug 2006, 23:48:12 UTC - in response to Message 1958.

I just joined yesterday, and I'm seeing these same symptoms. Worse, I think the bogus venue ("490040"?) is keeping me from being able to adjust my project settings.

I've tried explicitly setting my host's venue to "home", and though it looks OK on the website, I don't see the change on my PC. And when I try to change the project's resource ratio, the change again shows on the website but never propagates to my BOINC client, which still shows 100. I've also set the Rosetta target time to 2 hours, but my WUs continue to finish in less than 1 hour.

When I first attached I was getting the "internal server error" mentioned in the other thread. I reset the project and got past that, but then got the "New host venue: 490040" and consequent frozen settings. Don't know if the two are related.
