Multiple Unrecoverable errors

Unfortunately, they came in overnight, so they're not on my backup. I can't believe this problem is due to my computer. Is there a problem with these WUs? They've all come out with exit code 1. It's a relief, as I usually lose WUs in ones and twos (I've just lost a Malaria Control WU due to a short power cut). Seeing them disappearing wholesale was a trifle unnerving.
