Please post bugs related to minirosetta v1.25 here. This version includes fixes to some of the errors identified with the v1.24 application, along with some new protocols that we're trying in CASP8.

Success on 3/4 of the Mini 1.25 workunits I've completed so far.

Here is the exception:

resultid=1015465

On the tasks that are successful, the stderr_txt block often contains rather dire looking warnings, frequently repeated an inordinate number of times.

CreateFile error 32 when trying set file time
seems quite popular, in one case repeating no less than 65 times in the same message.

This was interesting WU, completed valid, but stderr out is full of "error writing" message.

I had one like that on Rosetta
t393_looprelax_round1_fullatom_relax_aaT0393_2I76A_8_0001_3559_429_1

It was a mini 1.24 application, mentioned here only because of the similar obscene profusion of the line: "Error writing"

BTW: I was the wingman on the task linked above. The original recipient had the same luck.

4 failed 1.25 units so far:

https://ralph.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=1016257

https://ralph.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=1016219
https://ralph.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=1016321

The error log on each looks about the same, here is the beginning snip of it:
