CodePlay has released ComputeCpp on Windows: it's possible to develop SYCL app in Visual Studio.

SYCL for OpenCL™ enables code for heterogeneous processors to be written in a “single-source” style using completely standard modern C++. SYCL 1.2.1 builds on the features of C++11, with additional support for C++14 and C++17, enabling ISO C++17 Parallel STL programs to be accelerated on OpenCL devices

Kronos Group released Spir-V 1.3 (with new version of Vulkan).
CodeXL 2.5
PoCL 1.1 now supports LLVM 5 and 6 and starts to support (experimental) Spir-v.
Codeplay introduced OpenCl support to TensowFlow
LPGPU2 project expands CodeXL for SYCL profiling

ROCm is now at 1.8.1 version, with full support to Tensor.
HIP is at 1.5 version, with a lot of new features.
