I tried to ask for the ownershio of our old team (TauZero) as the past leader is no longer active

However, I received this message:
"The team found transfer option has been disabled due to users abusing this feature.

If you have a legitimate request to transfer foundership send your request to GEN_ADMIN_EMAIL."

Can anybody tell me hoy can I ask for foundershio transfer?
