(Message 3461)
Posted 14 Nov 2007 by Pieface Post: I have lost several of the 1emn_ type units like this one: resid 660350 on my win xp x64 machine, all the same: "Reason: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x006C1EDD write attempt to address 0x00000001" Seems like it happens in the initialization phase, using only a couple of cpu secs.? |

Posted 23 Jan 2007 by Pieface Post: I don't know if this is exactly a 'problem', but i have been noticing that my pentium-m Win-xp machine hostid 2606 occasionally is being granted twice what it requests credit wise, for example, running four hours it requests forty someting credits and is granted 100 or so. A couple of the wu's i noticed were: wu 346971 wu 348266 wu 347050 Might cause a 'stir' over on the production side. |

Posted 8 Oct 2006 by Pieface Post: Still getting some unable to determine sequence length from PDB on those IDL_RLX and IDX_RLX guys, but now they are coming out as 0x0 and 0x1 client errors which i guess is better as we don't get the long de-bug info dump. Here are a couple I have seen recently: RESID 282626 and RESID 284283 a new one for me is: RESID 283018 which died with a 0x1 and the message: ERROR:: Unable to determine sequence length from pdb file ERROR:: Exit at: .pose.cc line:1513 |

Bug Report for Ralph 5.29
(Message 2344)
Posted 7 Oct 2006 by Pieface Post: Like everyone else I guess, on 5.29 I am getting a slew of the PDB errors on IDX_RLX_NT_* WU's (and one FRA_T374_) but occasionally getting a good run on a DOCK_* or 1WHO_* or 5CROA_* type. I wasn't getting any work for a while as the errors had put my daily wu number down in the weeds, but i'm starting to get some new work now. |

When BOINC came back up they all uploaded/reported. Maybe the physical move to another lab caused some kind of DNS change we needed to pickup. |
