Is the Random-Generator finding UotD out of Order?

This was raised a number of months ago. The response then was the "the user of the day" is not a high priority as this is a Alpha test project and the UotD works fine in the main Rosetta programme so no need to 'test' it here at Ralph.
But i would like to see it change though, this one has deffinately had their time in the sun.

It was FIXED a number of months ago though, and now it seems to be broken again. I believe that was the point.

Well, Thats understandable, But my next question then is, Why have it at all here ? If your gonna have it at all (Which they obviously do as the same user has been sitting there for ages), And it works fine, Then either do away with it here, Or turn it back on. Doesn't seem like a hard decesion to me .
