I've got a problem with the following three WUs:

Result ID
click for details Work unit ID
click for details Sent Time reported
or deadline
explain Server state
explain Outcome
explain Client state
explain CPU time (sec) claimed credit granted credit

In each case, the PC can't seem to upload the finished WU.....

Have tried closing and restarting BOINC. Then did a complete reboot. But still nothing (from this project) can be uploaded. Other BOINC projects (on same host) are fine !!

Any ideas?

About the only thing I can think of is doing a manual "Update" on the Projects Tab, or if they are stuck on the Transfer Tab then do "Retry Now".

Yup - did all of that (1st thing one does)...but still the client couldn't connect to RALPH upload servers.

Have left it for a few days and two of the three have now uploaded on their own, with no intervention....but in both cases, well after the deadline...so with a quorum of 1, these weren't given any credits :-(

(I'll abort the 3rd one now, as I won't get credit for it and another cruncher has uploaded a result anyways).

One wonders why issues like this still abound.....sure enough RALPH is an Alpha project...but if WUs are provided, one hopes that the upload servers are going to be available most of the time to accept completed work. Rather frustrating when the servers cannot be "seen" by the host client...!
