RALPH frequently upgrades the application. I've noticed situations where my machines will still be working on a queue of rev A, even after rev B has been released by the project. I assume that any further results from rev A aren't needed by then.

Now that BOINC supports server-side abortion of results, shouldn't it be turned on? For those worried about wasted crunching, it can be set so that only results that haven't yet been started on the client side are aborted.
