I use NOD 32 and Mini 1.08 has been identified as a possible virus, along with 1.07 and 1.05. Please fix this.

I think this is problem of your Antivirus.I suppose this is up to you to get in contact with vendor and ask them for correction of detection.

Although you might try one of online AV scan sites,which uses number of AV for job,just to be safe before contacting.

(However I thought that somebody already got in touch and they worked on fix.)
