Post bugs related to minirosetta v1.18 here!

Hello James Thompson,
There are not much posts lately, however the update to V1.18 was likely necessary.
Had 2 Minirosetta's 1.17 which validated OK on Ubuntu 7.10 x86.
Just finished a 1.18 on Windows XP-home which had a Validate error:
Task ID: 945559
There was no error massage from Boinc.

This WU has been crunched before today, with the same Validate error.

Validate error on Fedora 7 64 bit.

I also noticed that I'm not getting fewer granted credits than claimed on Mini tasks on this host. This is in contrast to previous version where I always got more than claimed (by a pretty good margin too).

Validate error on Fedora 7 32 bit.

Granted credits are equal to or slightly higher than claimed.

How many (or few) workunits were send out for version 1.18 ? I have not been able to get a single 1.18 workunit. The last work from Ralph was a 1.17 workunit 2 days ago.

Have you folks got a wild loop-de-loop in there somewhere?
this one ran 24hrs on my 2.8ghz p-4 win-xp machine and I think it never finished the first decoy!?!

The validation errors are related to some new protocols and file formats that we're using in the CASP8 experiment (starting in several hours!). We've sorted more of them out on the BOINC validation server, and we're doing another update right now.
