Running into similar problems I was having with the V1.22 apps. See my 3 post in the 1.22 bug list --> Msg 4043 4046 & 4047.

This v1.23 app EXITED With A 161 Error and is still "stuck" on my machine at 100% Complete and won't upload/flush from the system.
