I have noticed that I currently have 3 different versions of minirosetta_database in my ralph.bakerlab.org folder. minirosetta_database_rev21566 13,688,048 bytes minirosetta_database_rev22619 19,032,878 bytes minirosetta_database_rev23035 18,997,237 bytes I also have minirosetta_database_rev20412 13,164,754 bytes minirosetta_database_rev21566 13,688,048 bytes in my boinc.bakerlab.org_rosetta folder. My questions are: Do I need all these different versions of the database? As the files are used by Rosetta as well as RALPH, would it be possibe to have a folder something like "bakerlab_common" for those users who run both projects. I am currently running on dial-up only, so download sizes are a consideration, as is unnecessary wasted space on my HDD. Keith. |
