My last post is probably almost two years old, but I've returned to ralph and boinc and am very excited by the next projects that I have planned. I'll make a separate post to the message boards once everything has been tested properly on RALPH. In the meantime, just a few words. The current revision V1.40 contains code to deal with large ligands during protein docking and to conduct design experiments (where we mutate the residues on the protein surface) along with docking. More details will follow!

Please post any bug reports that you might have on this thread.

Just to second Sarel's post, we have also located the graphic problem when there is non-protein ligand displayed and implemented a fix to that. So please let us know if you still observe such problems. Thanks.
