I am currently working on making my own message boards when I came across this. It is extremely well done and I was interested if you built it or whether you got the code from somewhere. In either case, I also was wondering whether I would be able to look at the code to model my own after this sites?

I believe it is all part of the open source that comes with BOINC.

In your case, you are going to have to pull the forum code out of the rest of the BOINC server it was designed to live with. Assuming that is all you want. But it's all in there somewhere.
