I noticed that graphics are corrupted in both two currently crunching work units. Here is work unit info: https://ralph.bakerlab.org/workunit.php?wuid=1261624 and here is a screen shot:

I concur with that on the 1.62. It is even worse than the 1.61. I am also running the Rosetta@home with perfect graphics so it is not my machine at fault.

Thanks for pointing out the graphics problem!

As I say, this is brand new code that's never been run on BOINC so we expect that thre'll be issues. As usual, we have tested this code locally here and it runs fine - all of the issues so far have been windows/BOINC specific issues.

Thansk for all your feedback,

Mike

This question is a little off topic. When you test the application code what speed CPU do you use? Thanks in advance.

These two tasks failed early on Mac with the same compute error. Other similar docking tasks have worked.

ERROR:: Exit from: src/protocols/docking/DockingProtocol.cc line: 232

Aehm, various. It should run on any kind of machine. We of course do not test on over-clocked machines, since that can lead to problems and random crashes.
