Adding a new protocol for ∆∆G calculations.

This one ran for over 10 hours (preference time is 6 hours) and despite being classed as valid was only granted a default 20 credits as if it had failed, possibly a run time issue which means it did actually fail and is not valid at all. Only generated 1 decoy in all that time.
