From a user point of view it would be nice be able to see the current red-points whole range in the RMSD vs energy panel. Now we have to wait a long time following the progress and there is no way to know if there are "hidden" points al left or botton
It would be nicer to keep all the red points belonging to a specific protein for all the WU done in my computer and be able to see them
