When reporting a post (there were 2 Spams in the latest News), at the top of the screen:

I noticed this, too. The rest of the page seemed to suggest that the report was submitted successfully, but it’s difficult to tell.

It might just be due to older code running in a newer PHP version on the server. I don’t know PHP, but this Stack Overflow Q&A may be relevant.

You have‘t ’initialized the variable,
so if you want to update an existing user record before using it in the controller,
you must initialize the variable by selecting it based on its primary key,
which should be requested and then initialized
