A volunteer on R@H proposed some VM's optimizations: - multiattach of virtual disk - shrink of virtual disk - change virtual disk controller from IDE to Sata (better perfomances) Another volunteer proposed to abandon VM using PyInstaller to run app natevely, obviously with better performances and less problems for volunteers. Both the suggestions are quite easy to implement, so Rosetta@Home will NOT implement these. |

A volunteer on R@H proposed some VM's optimizations: Other projects, like LHC@Home are implementing this function (thanks to new virtualbox wrapper) |
