The error message was:

None of my crunchers has yet been assigned a 1.29 workunit.

I will be sure to report as soon as I see that I have finished one.

Validate error here at 3700+ seconds:

2oq2a_14_BOINC_CASP8_LOOPRELAX-2oq2a_14-_4064_10_1

The stderr_txt output consists of the painfully familiar many thousands of repetitions of the phrase "Error writing

At this point, I am 2/5 on mini 1.26

1/3 on Mini 1.26 at this point. Which is to say, I have had one success.

I had one like that on Rosetta
t393_looprelax_round1_fullatom_relax_aaT0393_2I76A_8_0001_3559_429_1

It was a mini 1.24 application, mentioned here only because of the similar obscene profusion of the line: "Error writing"

BTW: I was the wingman on the task linked above. The original recipient had the same luck.

Success on 3/4 of the Mini 1.25 workunits I've completed so far.

Here is the exception:

resultid=1015465

On the tasks that are successful, the stderr_txt block often contains rather dire looking warnings, frequently repeated an inordinate number of times.

CreateFile error 32 when trying set file time
seems quite popular, in one case repeating no less than 65 times in the same message.

Here is a link to the problem child:

resultid=972013

The above crashed for my wingman also.

Bump

In light of the recent difficulties with memory leaks in Rosetta Mini 1.1x, especially those leaks that took upwards of 20 hours to cause a failure, would it be appropriate to increase the default runtime?

Same error as Dr Who Fan received:

ERROR: NANs occurred in hbonding!

I was the wingman. Both this host, and the first to get this task failed in less than 7 seconds.

The host that received this error has successfully completed mini 1.20 work units previously, so this may be task specific.

I was the wingman on this task, and I got the same error as the first person who attempted it.
