My wus have this message at the end of computation (on Win11):
Task nmet_SR2_nmet_test_SAVE_ALL_OUT_16844_112_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file
If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project.

Today is not necessary to write code "directly" in OpenCl.
You can write c++ code and target OpenCl kernel and device.

An example: GPU performance portability using standard C++ with SYCL

The online OpenCL courses I've found so far all appear to either be long and expensive, or be basically addons for someone who is already using OpenCL.

Today is not necessary to write code "directly" in OpenCl.
You can write c++ code and target OpenCl kernel and device.
For example, you can use oneAPI (it's SYCL) to target Nvidia and AMD gpu.

A volunteer on R@H proposed some VM's optimizations:
- multiattach of virtual disk

Other projects, like LHC@Home are implementing this function (thanks to new virtualbox wrapper)

A volunteer on R@H proposed some VM's optimizations:
- multiattach of virtual disk
- shrink of virtual disk
- change virtual disk controller from IDE to Sata (better perfomances)

Another volunteer proposed to abandon VM using PyInstaller to run app natevely, obviously with better performances and less problems for volunteers.

Both the suggestions are quite easy to implement, so Rosetta@Home will NOT implement these.

Intel released OneApi 2022

Intel created the world’s first unified compiler implementing C++, SYCL and Fortran for CPUs and GPUs utilizing a common LLVM backend.
Accelerated compute on CPUs and GPUs for Python, today’s most popular programming language.
The Intel DPC++ Compatibility Tool was improved to automatically migrate 90% to 95% of CUDA code to SYCL/DPC++
