I completed some tasks for Ralph yesterday (Rosetta for Portable Devices v4.12) and I'm crunching for Rosetta at the moment. You can find here that Android 10 smartphones calculated WUs without errors in newest version of Rosetta for Portable Devices v4.13. Perhaps it depends on the model of smartphone?
