Server status page shows that there is no work ready to send. The message in your log file is accurate, there is no work from the project available. (I'm getting this too.) The developers are probably tweaking the application and will generate test work for it as soon as they're ready. As previously indicated, work will not always be available for RALPH@Home. |

This problem is due, now I am crunching ralph with rosetta_beta_4.92 The point, that u did not catched, was that after 4.90 released for testing *it downloaded two WU's of 4.89 to my pc *previously this download, my queue was empty !-:( *I suppose that the download server of ralph had a glitch,on past, by that times Click signature for global team stats |

This problem is due, The version number for the application that appears in the BOINC system, is not related to the WUs. WUs are NOT specific to a particular application version when they are transmitted form the server. After they arrive on you computer, they will be associated with what ever version of the application happens to be on your system when they download and start to run. This is why when the instruction to abort all WUs running under a specific version of the RALPH application is issued, the best method to do this is a project reset. The reset will clear all WUs in the Queue, and it will force the new application version to download BEFORE any new WUs are issued. Thus when the new WUs start to run, they will be associated with the proper application by BOINC. Moderator9 RALPH@home FAQs RALPH@home Guidelines Moderator Contact |
