Hey everybody, thanks for the support!

This is a particularly crazy time because we are in the midst of the CAPRI competition to predict protein-protein interactions, and we'd really like to run some workunits. There are two "puzzles" that we've been given and they're both pretty cool, related to the interactions of some important signaling proteins (the so-called GTPases and the plexins).

We just got the ability to queue stuff to ralph so you'll start seeing some jobs. By the way, the first round that I sent out had a silly error (which I just fixed); sorry about that. Looking forward to getting ralph and rosetta running smoothly again!

Does the "silly error" have anything to do with this message:

WARNING! Not sure non-ideal rotamers are compatible with symmetry yet...

from 556979?

Hi,

this WU failed on my PC (my result for this WU is this one).

WU was crunched on a 3,00 GHZ Xeon 2/ 1 GB RAM machine running on Win Server 2k3 R2 and BOINC Core 5.10.13

Below you may find trascripts of BOINC Manager's log.

Best regards
darkpella

Same error -161 after this wu.

Computing seems to complete normally, but Boinc/Rosetta finds no result file.

Message 3363 - Posted: 10 Sep 2007, 3:43:54 UTC - in response to Message 3341.

I've gotten errors on the last 2 WU's:
This one on Sept 7 - https://ralph.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=630040
And this one just now (9th) - https://ralph.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=630305

Rosetta is running just fine on Beta 5.78.

This is a Pentium 4 running at 3.2 GHz, running XP SP2.
