The improvements in this update include:

1. The use of a lock file so only one job extracts the database into the project directory while other jobs wait, including graphics. Once the database is extracted, all jobs read the same database.

2. Checkpointing added to the Rosetta comparative modeling method.

No tasks available, maybe because about 4500 (4.18 and older) of them are in five Top20 hosts....

Maybe max wu per host should be implemented, wider spread to different computers...

Normal "Show Graphics" and screen saver graphics appear to be working under OS X with the 4.18 app.

More info: There is a 10-15 second delay in starting the screensaver, the screen goes black and seems to not work, but this just may be a Boinc thing. I don't run the screensaver so can't comment if this is normal. The screen saver does eventually kick in and act normally.

Just for fun, a reminder for those who are opening up the graphics window, you can change the display by pressing the keys:

's' to change the side chain display, for example to show amino acid side chains in stick, spheres, etc.
'b' to change the backbone display, for example to show the backbone in cartoon, spheres, etc.
'c' to change the color display, for example for the COVID-19 interface designs, you can color by chain to see the COVID-19 spike domain and the designed mini-protein.

Keep in mind that the graphics may not immediately respond and the display can randomly change.

The second storage option internally is also present. The other option is "choose the region to be stored in garmin.com/express".
This option allows you to select your preferred location. You can pick or replace the region that suits you of your choice.
Click"Continue". The new page will open with a page for selecting a region.
Here is the list. You can select the region using the search.
The selected region will be highlighted in Garmin com express blue.
Only the region you have selected will be downloaded, other regions won't be downloaded.
If the area you're interested in is not available then you'll need an SD card or memory card with Between 4 and 32 GB.
If you wish to download the entire map, join to the SD card. Click the Continue option. The download or update process will start.
When the update is completed, Garmin com express will let you know about the benefits by displaying the form of a green box.
Once you have done that, you can remove or unplug this Garmin express device from your computer.
