I don't know if it's the specific workunit (celldivs_RL5_1de2_1h7c_ProteinInterfaceDesign_21Feb2011_15162_1_0) or the new build but memory usage climbed to 1.03MB (real) + 1.32MB (virtual), dragging everything to a halt it seem (Mac).
