Scheduler update for more accurate job cache
We updated the scheduler to use the optional user defined cpu run time preference for the estimated run time. Hopefully this should produce a more accurate job cache. Please post issues regarding this updae in the discussion.

New application version 4.17 graphics has issues.

Rosetta version 4.13 released for testing.
This version hopefully includes a fix for older Mac OSX versions. It also includes some new code related to COVID-19 interface design that we would like to push out to R@h soon.

Rosetta version 4.12 released for testing. Protocols for COVID-19 and Linux ARM platform added.
This version contains updated protocols for protein interface design necessary for COVID-19 research among many additional updates and protocols added to Rosetta since the last update.

We are also happy to announce the addition of the aarch64 platform for running Rosetta on linux ARM devices like Raspberry Pi. This was made possible with the tremendous help from a team of volunteer ARM developers and specialists who reached out to the lab and took on the project to successfully port Rosetta for the linux ARM platform. We will post an official announcement as soon as this goes into production on R@h.

Ralph is updated to 5.42. We are trying to increase stability in this release... We have turned off mouse rotation and sidechains temporarily. Please let us know if you can force a crash by playing with the 'show graphics' option from the boinc manager, or with your screensaver! Also, please let us know if you can get rosetta@home to crash, but the new ralph appears stable. You may need to suspend your work from rosetta@home to ensure a ralph workunit is processed. There are now two credit values that people can use to compare each other with, the standard boinc credit and the new work based credit. The leader lists are sorted by recent average work credit by default. After some great results with 5.03, we're trying one more update (ralph 5.04). This new app should have far fewer file transfer errors after the watchdog aborts the app. We've also made the watchdog a little less aggressive. Finally, we've added more checkpoints -- the introduction of the first round of checkpoints in 5.03 *tripled* the rate of data generation for big jobs. Please report bugs in this thread. We're planning to update Rosetta@home next if Ralph 5.04 goes smoothly!

There are some important new features: more frequent checkpoints to accomodate clients that interrupt rosetta often and a watchdog thread that will gracefully abort jobs that are taking too long or appear stuck.
