A compute error to report on 2900+ seconds of CPU time.

I was the wingman on this task, and I got the same error as the first person who attempted it.

Another compute error to report, although this one needed only 20 seconds to error out.

Message 3997 - Posted: 6 May 2008, 23:31:01 UTC - in response to Message 3995.

Another compute error to report, although this one needed only 20 seconds to error out.

My mtlr_test1_3612_2_0 was apparently a sibling of the mentioned mtlr_test1_3612_3_0 and exited nearly the same way:
<message>
process exited with code 1 (0x1, -255)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
WARNING: Override of option -out:nstruct sets a different value

</stderr_txt>

Rack up another "compute error" for me and my wing man. This one failed immediately at start up on my PC:

Task ID 949788

Workunit 842742
Outcome Client error
Client state Compute error
Exit status 1 (0x1)

stderr out

<stderr_txt>

Here's another error like the last several reported in this thread:
ERROR: Option matching -psipred_ss2:1tul_.fa_max_dis_9.psipred_ss2 not found in command line top-level context

I was the wingman. Both computers kicked this one out in 0 seconds.

Add one more "compute error" for me and my wing man. This also failed immediately at start up on my PC:

Hi

I just had this error:

<stderr_txt>
ERROR: Option matching -psipred_ss2:1cg5B.fa_max_dis_9.psipred_ss2 not found in command line top-level context
</stderr_txt>

Seems to be the same type of error as others have posted?

Here's a new one:

ERROR: Cannot open 9-mer fragment library file: 9merfile

I was the wingman. Neither computer lasted even a full second.

These -psipred tasks seem to be problematic:

resultid=950853

I was the wingman. Both computers errored instantly.

Rosetta mini still refuses to start on my PC (it says running but no processing ever happens) I've had this issue since 1.15 and still 1.19, and it happens on 2 of my 3 computers. I will have to keep aborting these until this gets fixed, sorry.

Could there please be a way to opt out of this mini project as well?
